We were engaged to develop the concept theme and design to introduce Begonia, a new housing phase under Myra Gardens. With the name in mind, we based the creative concept around the plant to create an upbeat and charming nature for the project. Our work encompassed a wide range of collateral, including printed materials (flyers, buntings, billboard), digital materials (Facebook ads, EDM), and their website.
Through our designated motif and illustrations, we managed to shape the project’s identity to stand out from its predecessors. When viewing our work, the distinctive identity provides potential buyers a unique aesthetic as well as an experience, an instance similar to Begonia’s ambition to enhance homeowners’ quality of life.
