Something New for Younger Families
With the millennial population topping the property buyer's market in recent years, it is a no-brainer for developers to up their branding and marketing game to cater to said generation. Myra, a product of OIB Group, is all about providing the younger generation with opportunities and the know-hows to own properties. Eager to step out from the conventionality of their parent company for their latest project, Myra Cove, the brand approached us to craft a creative brand strategy that is both captivating and engaging to the younger audience. Even with all the obstacles we faced during the MCO lockdown, we managed to pull through and do what we do best, which is create solutions that work.

A Splash of Life
Taking the millennial generation’s perspective into consideration, we came up with two concepts that are able to resonate with their values and desires regarding home ownership. The first concept revolves around the concept of senses. Since the project is located by a lake with a good amount of foliage, the sensory concept with creative elements such as wind flow and water ripples makes sense and is relevant to the younger generation’s dream of building a lifestyle for themselves. The second proposal, on the other hand, retains the Myra essence and is more graphic-heavy, a total opposite from the first proposal to show a more vibrant side of the project.
Ultimately, the sensory concept was chosen as the creative representation of the project. The tagline, “A Splash of Life” was also created to highlight the project’s tranquil nature within the modern city. Our colour palette for the campaign also embodies an air of elegance that is relevant to the project’s aim to redefine luxury for its buyers.
