Taman Alam Sena or Sena Residences is a moderate upscale residential project built for the community’s comfort and convenience. As the concept of luxury living was still fairly new in the Pokok Sena district, we were approached by Crestern Property to develop a brand identity that emphasises the concept of affordable luxury lifestyle for first home owners.
With the idea of comfortable luxury living in mind, we painted Sena Residences’ identity to portray its overall look that is serene, yet adorned with polished details. Tying into Crestern Property’s brand essence to Breathe New Life into the Pokok Sena district, our creative direction gravitates towards a more modern, nature inspired look that will resonate with the community. The motifs and colour palette stemmed from the elements of nature around the district. Blending nature’s beauty into our visualisation, the motifs and logo were developed to convey a message of comfort and convenience in an integrated development, with the tranquillity and poise of nature in mind. Similarly, the choice of colours gives off a relaxing and harmonious mood that coincides with the heart of the project to deliver a luxurious yet comfortable living space.
To introduce Sena Residences to the market, we went into a sales launch which comprised a series of sales collaterals and sales gallery to provide interested prospects a full experience before investing and as a result, the project was a major success. Our efforts effectively transformed the community’s perception on Sena Residences and the attractive campaign drew a successful outcome in both impact and sales.
