Stand Out in a Booming Market

As a new entrant to the local skincare market, Ze’Venir approached us to develop a brand activation campaign that can make it stand out in a sea of skincare products. To set it apart from other brands that promise benefits such as organic and vegan, we embodied Halal as a unique selling point.


A Sense of Reassurance

Today, consumers around the world are increasingly considering healthy, humane animal treatments and clean label products, which are quite similar to Halal nature. Halal is a hallmark of reliability, safety and hygiene, and there is a stringent procedure required to acquire this certification, in which Ze’Venir has heavily invested in getting its products Halal certified. With this in mind, we educated the audiences about the Halal concept that is not limited to food and beverage, or just a value that adheres only to the rules of Islam. It has become somewhat of a lifestyle trend that can be abided by both Muslims and non-Muslims. Thus, we marked Halal as an indicator to attract the target audiences to live a Halal lifestyle through Ze’Venir’s products while communicating its ethical and good-natured source.

Embracing the Halal Lifestyle

The campaign was built around the concept of embracing a Halal lifestyle with Ze’Venir, hence the tagline “Serlahkan Gaya Hidup Halal”. Our creative strategy embodied the resourcefulness of Ze’Venir’s Halal skincare products that gives audiences a complete worry-free sense. In addition, we leveraged the popularity of the brand ambassador - Siti Nordiana as a faithful Muslim who maintains a Halal lifestyle regardless of her hectic life as a celebrity & a single parent to convey Ze’Venir’s 100% Halal and Natural key messages to the target audience. These creative strategies were implemented across all platforms such as billboards, radio, and television to build a connection that can resonate with the target audiences and their beliefs as well as lifestyle practices.

As Siti Nordiana was well-known for her rural to urban image, we believed her presence was able to build audiences’ trust and confidence towards Ze’Venir and also to inspire and encourage audiences to embrace a Halal lifestyle with her through its products.
